Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from all backgrounds with a variety of mental health related issues. I have special interest in assisting clients in working through issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life changes.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize a client-centered and strengths-based approach that recognizes clients as being the experts of their lives and employs client strengths to work through presenting concerns.

Hobbies:

I love curling up with a good book and cup of coffee, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my dog, Thor. I try to spend as much time as possible outside, so you can usually find me biking, running, or playing yard games with friends.
