Clinical Interests:

As a therapist I do individual, couples and family therapy with men and women ages 5-99. I specialized in Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues, high functioning Autism, Oppositional defiant disorder/conduct disorder, ADHD, and Adjustment disorders.

I am a CBT based provider. I believe that our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are intertwined. I am also solution focused.

Hobbies:

I am a mother of three beautiful children that are the light of my life. I spend most of my time with my family and significant other. I enjoy walking, movies, crafts, traveling and volunteering for an organization that supports disabled individuals.
