More About Kathy Jurichko
Clinical Interests:
I work with young adult clients ages 18-30 experiencing difficulties due to life transitions and relationship issues as well as depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I do probation mandated mental health assessments and offer therapy for those who are post incarceration.
Clinical Approach:
My approach is based on CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy) and Person Centered Therapy. I help young adults process life’s challenges by helping them identify their assets and increase coping skills, improve decision making skills and integrate healthy life style choices in daily life. I also provide animal assisted therapy, click here to view Raymond the therapy dog’s profile.
Hobbies:
Maintaining strong relationships with family and friends is very important to me. We share time exploring the great outdoors, enjoying live music performances, completing service projects, and simply sharing laughter together!
