More About Kelly Mosenden
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with preteens and teens who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, identity, and life changes. I also enjoy working with young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety and relationship/marital issues.
Clinical Approach:
Knowing that every person is unique, the clinical approaches that I use are tailored to each client’s individual needs. I strive to form positive therapeutic relationships with all my clients by being authentic and relatable. I believe that positive and long-lasting change starts from having a trusting and validating therapeutic relationship. I tend to utilize trauma-informed therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy techniques, and therapeutic play.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, playing video games, singing, being crafty, and spending time with my husband and dog, Leda.
