I offer an individualistic, person-centered approach that I tailor to each client’s goals for recovery. I believe in being flexible and adaptable when it comes to challenges and barriers that individuals may face. I offer my clients empathy, compassion, and understanding while encouraging and motivating clients to boost self-efficacy, self-esteem, and self-worth.

Hobbies:

I love to read, travel, visit coffee shops, watch live music, go to theme parks, and spend time with family and friends.
