Clinical Interests:

My clinical interest is focused on working with children and adolescents. I am interested in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep, and behavioral issues.

Clinical Approach:

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I strive to work closely with children, adolescents and their families by providing patient-centered care along with a collaborative approach to reach a common goal of leading a healthy lifestyle. I have experience working with children, adolescents and their families treating mental health disorders holistically, which considers various aspects of health and well-being to provide long-term mental health stability and success. I enjoy meeting new people, building therapeutic rapport with clients and families, along with thinking creatively to develop individualized care plans that are specific to each child or adolescents needs. Through personal familial experience, I have developed a deep understanding in dealing with the challenges of mental health concerns, and through this relative experience I am confident that I can provide compassionate and empathetic care needed to work together during this difficult time.

Hobbies:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and our two cats, along with family and friends. My hobbies include traveling, going to restaurants, and sports (particularly gymnastics, football and basketball).
