My passion is helping people realize they are not alone in their journey through understanding their mental health and overcome obstacles from what has happened in their lives, what they are experiencing, and to feel better.
Clinical Approach:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing along with Dialectical Behavior Skills are a few chosen approaches depending on the client as Person Centered is always taken into consideration.
Hobbies:
