More About Kristina Ballard
Clinical Interests:
I find that the best approach is to provide clients with the opportunity to discover oneself and finding a modality that they can learn and grow from. I am here to build a relationship and connection to help the client meet their goals. I believe my role as a clinician is to provide education, support, discovery and guidance to my clients as they build the life they deserve. Guiding each individual to identify the deeper aspects of the reasons for use and how their past has played a part in their journey. From a clinical approach, some of my common modalities are Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Approach, CBT and DBT.
