More About Leticia Ahianyo

Clinical Interests:

I graduated from the School of Social Work (University of St. Thomas) in May 2024. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma informed care. I am an eclectic therapist, which means that I can use many models and work with a wide array of clients depending on their needs. I have enjoyed working with older adults more often but see adults across the lifespan.

Clinical Approach:

I believe in relationship building in a safe space, where clients can collaborate with me to work on concerns. I use systems theory and strength-based approaches.

Hobbies:

I enjoy cooking and listening to music. I also love spending quality time with my family and embrace self-care activities for my mental health.
