Clinical Interests:
As a clinical intern, I am drawn to the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I look forward to building my knowledge in the areas of PTSD and Grief and Loss throughout my internship experience. My specialties are generalized anxiety, depression, stress management and helping adults navigate midlife transitions.
Clinical Approach:
I look forward to helping individuals find healing, strength, hope, and wisdom within themselves through various counseling techniques. I aim to walk along side my clients in a collaborative and non-judgmental relationship to help them foster positive and effective ways to achieve their goals. I believe everyone has a story of value to tell and I would be honored to walk alongside you on the healing journey.
Hobbies:
My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family and friends, especially if it involves traveling the world creating new memories. Hiking and skiing in the mountains out West is where I feel the most at peace.
