My interests include working with individuals with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, women’s issues, life transition issues, loss and grief, and relational difficulties . If you desire, your faith may be part of your journey in the therapeutic setting.

I believe I have an eclectic approach to therapy using DBT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-centered, Adlerian, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a vital part of one’s journey to healing.
