More About Lindsey Griswold
Clinical Interests:
I am a board-certified Physician Assistant and obtained my master’s from the University of Dubuque. I see adults for medication management. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and post-partum depression.
Clinical Approach:
I believe that mental health care should be inclusive and free from judgment. I aspire to create an environment where patients are able to discuss their concerns openly and without fear of stigma. I take a holistic approach to mental health care, addressing not only the symptoms of mental illness with medications but also the underlying factors that contribute to overall well-being including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I love staying active with running, skiing, hiking, and weightlifting. I also enjoy making dinner with friends, painting, and of course spending time with my husband and pets!
