More About Lisa Englund

Clinical Interests:

I work primarily with teens and young adults dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and adjustment issues. I enjoy working individually and alongside parents to assist in communication strategies and resolving conflict within the family.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize CBT, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment therapy models with a strengths-based approach to encourage empowerment and autonomy. I strive to create an environment that is free of judgement and allows space to express thoughts and feelings freely. I encourage a sense of self-empowerment and expanding on strengths and skills a client already possesses.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading and exploring new places.
