More About Lisa Rose
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and family. My interest includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, psychotic disorders, relationship issues, and spiritual issues.
Clinical Approach:
The approaches I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), person centered, motivational interviewing and emotionally focused therapy. I believe that there’s light at the end of the tunnel and that it is important to meet where people are at, so that they may see the light at the end of the tunnel and find healing along the way.
Hobbies:
I enjoy being active with my church with volunteering and being part of a small group. My hobbies include playing the guitar and piano on my free time. I also love playing boardgames and card games with family and friends. I also enjoy being active such as playing soccer and pickleball.
