Clinical Interests:

I love working with children, clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-confidence, OCD, illness anxiety disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, family counseling, and parenting coaching.

Clinical Approach:

I believe in the power of thought and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as emotion regulation, ABA therapy, and understanding a child’s inner-self and the thoughts on their behavior.

Hobbies:

I love theater, my faith, and binge-worthy shows on Netflix. My favorite things to spend money on are sweaters, tacos, and fun goofy earrings. I love M&Ms and Like to have fun. I am always seeing what new game or adventure I can do from the confines of my home. Me and my newly-wed husband are always looking for new adventures and new movies to watch together.
