More About Lucy Erickson

Clinical Interests:

I have experience working in psychology across Montana, Colorado, and Minnesota. I work with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, life transitions, trauma, and identity/self-esteem.

Clinical Approach:

I offer a warm and inviting space that is mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial. You can expect compassion, validation, and humor balanced with encouragement to help you reach your goals. I utilize a relational approach with Psychodynamic and Mindfulness-based CBT techniques in sessions.

Hobbies:

I enjoy doing yoga, walking my dog, and skiing in my free time. I also have a passion for music (especially Taylor Swift!) and being out on the lake with family and friends.
