Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working adults, children and families to help them discover the best approach they can take to their current life situation. I have experience working with individuals and families who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, substance use and trauma.

Clinical Approach:

I believe it is important to take a non-judgmental approach people and their current life situation. My training and education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and attachment have the most influence on my approach.

Hobbies:

I enjoy most outdoor activities particularly ones that get me into nature. I also enjoy reading, cooking and sports.
