Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and elderly. I have experience working with couples and families in group settings. My clinical interests include working with people with personality diagnoses, anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize a Person-Centered approach when I meet with clients along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe every individual is unique therefore should be helped in a way that is best for them as an individual.

Hobbies:

My favorite activity is spending time with my husband and daughter. I love to bike ride, kayak, and play tennis. My hobbies inside are reading fiction books, knitting, and drawing.
