Clinical Interests:
I specialize in providing therapeutic support to adolescents (16+) and adults navigating the complexities of being human. My clinical interests encompass a broad spectrum of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I also have training working with couples and families that are navigating the different challenges of relationships.

I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to achieve personal growth and healing. I work from a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Some of these modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I believe that each individual has the knowledge inside of themself and as a team we work to uncover the best way to help them navigate their journey and uncover their resilience and improve their overall well-being. Through a collaborate therapeutic relationship I strive to equip clients with the tools and insights they need to foster resilience and embrace their journey toward mental wellness. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve and am continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field.
Hobbies:
I have a myriad amount of hobbies. I enjoy reading, gaming of all types, crochet, cross-stitch, and so many more! I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling whenever I can.
