More About Mandy Wohlers
Clinical Interests:
I have spent the last 25+ years working with kids (ages 5-18) as well as their parents and families. I am excited to continue my work with children, adolescents, parents, families, as well as adults. I have experience working with a variety of concerns including but not limited to; depression, anxiety, school struggles, trauma, lgbtq+ challenges, grief and loss, child/parent conflict, stress management.
Clinical Approach:
“When so much is unknown you are free to just breathe. You are free to have peace, without having answers for everything” (Morgan Harper Nichols)
Life ain’t always easy: together we will find ways to navigate through it. Building trust and rapport is where it all starts. From there we will explore a variety of tools and strategies focused on your wellbeing and healing, finding ways through current and future challenges.
Hobbies:
My favorite way to spend free time is hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy a good book, a good tv show or MN Wild game, a mediocre round of golf, cooking great food, and there’s really nothing better than relaxing in the sun at the cabin.
