Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include empowering adults, couples and families as they seek encouragement ,healing and hope. I like to work with those experiencing anxiety ,depression, co-occurring disorders, substance addiction, codependency, ADHD, trauma, chronic pain,grief/loss and spirituality issues.
Clinical Approach:
I use an eclectic approach to assess a person’s whole situation and encourage them to move forward towards a healthier future. Most importantly to support and collaborate with each person, to assist in reducing symptoms ,develop new coping skills while focusing on their goals. I incorporate Strength based, Solution focused, Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian, and creative expression approaches in therapy. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative and family therapy, while focusing on the present moment,One Day at a Time.
Hobbies:
I enjoy being outdoors, art, reading, spending time with family and friends.
