I work with individuals, families and couples. I have experience working with individuals with serious persistent mental illness.
Clinical Approach:
My most valued skill is listening. I pay close attention, not just to the client’s story, but their behaviors, choices, communication styles, reoccurring themes and mistaken beliefs. This enables me to help the client, couple or family, that is invested, to make change, further develop their strengths, regulate their emotions and adjust their maladaptive patterns.
Hobbies:
My interests are my family, animals, camping, canoeing, hiking, gardening, design, exercise and fitness.
