Clinical Interests:

I primarily work with the ages of 13-30 and most of my experience has been working with those who have been struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma related disorders but I do enjoy working with a diverse range of clients.  In addition to outpatient services, I also have experience in, and currently work as, a school-based counselor, providing therapy services and support for those in grades K-12.

Clinical Approach:

My aim is to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients and meet them where they are at.  I take a Person-Centered therapy approach and integrate a variety of interventions and modalities dependent on the needs of my clients.  I mostly pull from the modalities of CBT and DBT.

Hobbies:

I enjoy traveling, reading, golfing, paddleboarding, being creative, and spending time with family and friends.
