Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with many different people from many different backgrounds. I celebrate diversity in all its forms. I hope to complete my clinical supervision and move to community based therapy. For now, I am thoroughly enjoying working in ARMHS as it provides me with a wealth of practical experience.

Clinical Approach:

I use motivational interviewing primarily as it allows me to really get “inside” a person. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical behavioral Therapy also play an important role in my daily practice.

Hobbies:

When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. I enjoy gardening, canning and pickling the produce I pick and I like to quilt. I am voracious reader and spend my free time trying to catch up on all the excellent reading material that is piled up on my desk at home. I try to devote about 3 hours a week to various volunteer projects to help my community.
