Clinical Interests:
I work with children, adolescents, adults and families. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relational issues, and stress management. I also work with children and adolescents who experience symptoms of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral issues.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in meeting clients where they are at and building a therapeutic relationship to help guide the direction of therapy. I use various clinical approaches to fit the needs and goals of each client. I predominately utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to help clients achieve their identified goals on their therapeutic journey.
Hobbies:
My personal interests include travel, musical theatre, movies, reading and spending time with family and friends.
