I am a licensed graduate social worker. I have experience in helping clients with processing thoughts, feelings, and experiences associated with pregnancy, birth, and parenting as well as life transitions, career changes, relationship issues, and struggles with depression and anxiety of all types.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We are big fans of being outside, exploring Minneapolis and all it has to offer, including parks, lakes, culture, history, and delicious restaurants. I love a good conversation with a friend, time in nature and all things wellness, including yoga, stretching and weight training.
