As an outpatient mental health therapist, I specialize in helping clients navigate the emotional complexities of pregnancy, birth, and parenting, as well as major life transitions, career changes, and relationship challenges. I provide a supportive space for individuals to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences while working through depression, anxiety, and other emotional struggles. My approach is compassionate and strengths-based, empowering clients to gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Clinical Approach:

Person-centered, Strengths-based and Collaborative, incorporating CBT and mindfulness.

Hobbies:

Outside of my work, I love bringing people together – whether within my family, friendships, or the broader community. I also enjoy exploring all that Minneapolis has to offer, from its beautiful lakes to its vibrant restaurants and art museums. Most importantly, being a mother is a cherished part of my life and brings me deep fulfillment.
