More About Michelle Greydanus
Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating relational concerns, life transitions and mood disorders; such as anxiety and depression along with adjustment disorder.
Clinical Approach:
I seek to tailor my counseling approach the unique aspects of my client’s circumstances, needs, culture, faith, and personality. I find Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT Skills, Attachment Theory and the Wellness Model to be especially helpful in working with individuals. I use techniques from Gottman Method and Structural Family Therapy while working with couples. I worked in student development and campus ministry within the context of a state university and Christian college before earning my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Hobbies:
I am a wife and mother of four children. I enjoy hiking, camping, and visiting the National Parks with my family.
