More About Natasha Duellman
Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests are grounded in understanding and supporting individuals across various stages of life. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment to aide in an individual’s exploration and growth. I have worked as an alcohol and drug counselor for the past 7 years and have had the opportunity to support individuals who struggle with mental health challenges as well as substance use disorder. My passion includes treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, PTSD & trauma, stress management, self-esteem issues, self-identity, bipolar disorder, codependency, and relationship issues.
Clinical Approach:
I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment for individuals to openly process their life experiences. The goal for therapy is to aide in developing appropriate coping skills to navigate those concerns and minimize emotional distress. My clinical approaches include and are not limited to client-centered therapy, strength-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include spending my free time with my children, reading, exercising, journaling, building adult legos, and expanding my knowledge regarding my clinical practice.
