More About Rachael Hall
Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests focus on working with adults and older adolescents (16 and up) navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals process past experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. Additionally, I support clients in working through relationship conflicts, fostering communication, and creating healthier interpersonal dynamics.
Clinical Approach:
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with clients to enhance psychological flexibility and foster self-compassion by helping them explore and better understand their thoughts, emotions, and internal conflicts.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I spend time with my cats, Todd and Larry, and my dog, Nova. I enjoy hiking to waterfalls and being in nature, which also inspires my painting of nature-related scenes.
