Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with adults age eighteen to sixty five. I have experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family of origin issues.
Clinical Approach:
In therapy, you will find that a variety of approaches may be used to treat your concerns. Typically, I will use an Adlerian approach to therapy as that was where I got my training. In addition to Adlerian, I will also use strength based approaches, family systems theory, and solution focused approaches to help you with your concerns.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, fishing, biking, and cooking.
