More About Rochelle Anderson
Clinical Interests:
My passion is teenagers 13+ and young adults. I also specialize in working with parents/families to learn and strengthen skills to support those teens in need.
Clinical Approach:
I use a colorful clinical approach to assist clients. I am grounded in DBT and CBT. I am trauma aware and know the chains that hold people back. And I also know that I will not be everything to everyone; referrals for specific and intense therapies can occur when/if needed. I am positive and coach’ful. I am here to assist individuals to find their inner compass, to then move forward, and find a place to heal. I have super hero powers to be able to meet people where they are at…and help them to find healing. I work to help human beings to believe in themselves and to build a life worth living. A life woven with self-worth and internal security.
Hobbies:
I adore spending my days outside. I try to walk, practice yoga, and spend time with friends & family as much as possible. Campfires, laughter and binge watching Netflix/Hulu/HBO bring me much joy. And I am really good at parallel parking.
