Clinical Interests:
Children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, improving communication and interpersonal relationships, and adjusting to major life changes.
Clinical Approach:
My approach to therapy is primarily person-centered as I work build a strong therapeutic alliance and to collaborate with clients to establish goals they wish to accomplish. I include strengths-based and solution-focused counseling strategies. Additionally, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two dogs, friends, and family. Additionally, I enjoy weight-lifting, yoga, reading, and listening to podcasts.
