Clinical Interests:

I provide therapy services to couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical interests include couples counseling, play therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and relational issues. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.

Clinical Approach:

I am a compassionate counselor who loves working with individuals, couples, and families to gain skills, live meaningful lives, and feel better. I am curious about the people I work with and take a whole-person approach to improving well-being. I am empathetic and nonjudgmental and will challenge you to be the best version of yourself independently and in your relationships.

Hobbies:

My hobbies include reading, sewing, interior design, home renovation, gardening, swimming, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
