Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, relationship stress, work stress and independent living skills. I work with adults ages 18 and up.

Clinical Approach:

I work collaboratively with clients to develop strategies to cope with overwhelming emotions, mental health symptoms and daily stressors to help them live their happiest and healthiest lives. I utilize a person-centered approach allowing clients to share their stories openly in a safe environment, while drawing in skills and concepts from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy.

Hobbies:

In my free time I enjoy going on bike rides, crafting, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
