Clinical Approach:
I’m here for you.
My approach is to listen and understand your situation and circumstance, your story and struggles – and to then help you to navigate through whatever is getting in the way of living the life that you want to live. There may be mistaken beliefs, traumas of the past or present, confusion or discouragement to walk through. There could be behaviors and patterns, unrealized connections or associations that have been contributing to what you go through. Whatever the details, I’ll be here to give grace, hope and acceptance without judgment.
Hobbies:
I am a nerd. Also a geek. Unsurprisingly, this entails a lot of gaming and reading. I also like camping and friends and family and all that, almost as much as I like enjoying my and others imaginations. Mostly though, I love summer, which is why I’ve decided to live in MN. I also enjoy comedy, but never puns or sarcasm, because that would be ridiculous.
