Clinical Interests:
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate through life’s most challenging moments.
I have experience helping clients through trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem struggles, codependency, relationship and spiritual issues.
Clinical Approach:
I am committed to providing empathetic and personalized support to those facing a wide array of struggles. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, utilizing CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and a Client Centered approach I strive to empower clients to explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop strategies for healing and growth. I am also certified in Prolonged Exposure for the treatment of PTSD and consider it an honor to walk through this protocol with clients as they seek relief from trauma symptoms. I also welcome the integration of spirituality and am happy Christian counseling, upon client request. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or seeking overall emotional well-being, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Hobbies:
I enjoy time in nature, am passionate about my family and faith, and love to laugh. I am a self-proclaimed “crazy” cat lady, though I love all animals. I also enjoy the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, despite arguments that is not scientific . I am an INFJ.
