More About Sina Grantier

Clinical Interests:

I am focused on working with clients in middle and late adolescence and early adulthood (15-35) and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Many of my clients have diagnoses related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Clinical Approach:

I use a combination of somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectal behavior therapy methods. I practice from a client-centered, strength-based perspective.

Hobbies:

I like reading, experimenting with different arts and crafts, and spending time with animals.
