Clinical Interests:
In my previous role at a school-based mental health clinic, I worked with both adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health issues. These included mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, self-esteem issues, adolescent issues, and eating disorders.
Clinical Approach:
I have knowledge and experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I value creating a positive therapeutic relationship that allows clients to express themselves, collaboratively create goals, and achieve them in ways that work for them as an individual.
Hobbies:
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies and TV shows, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. I am an avid soccer fan and my favorite team is Liverpool FC.
