Clinical Interests:
Connecting with children, adolescents, and adults has been a passion of mine since my early teen years. I have successfully done this through collaboration with clients based on their goals and providing individualized services based on their needs and abilities. My clinical interests include working with individuals with anxiety disorders, autism, anger management challenges, depression, life transitions, and managing workplace stress.
Clinical Approach:
It is my philosophy that every client deserves an individualized treatment focused on their needs while providing a calm and safe environment. A few strategies I incorporate include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my pets. In my free time I love being outdoors, cooking, exercising, and reading.
