Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals. Conflict resolution, life stage transitions, grief, healthy boundaries and improving relational dynamics are a few of my interests.
Clinical Approach:
I work collaboratively with clients and their families and use approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to improve daily functioning and improve relationships. My clinical approach can be described as influenced by theories of attachment and family systems.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, running outside, knitting and relaxing with my family.
