Clinical Interests:
I received my Bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison and graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the WI School of Professional Psychology. I have over a decade of experience with a diverse population of clients. I am new to Nystrom and Associates and come from a background of outpatient therapy working with clients ages 6 and up and in various areas such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, autism spectrum, ADHD, behavioral concerns, schizophrenia, opiate use, and trauma. Prior to Nystrom, I have worked in substance programs and in offices dedicated to helping underserved and stigmatized groups.
Clinical Approach:
I draw from eclectic experience to determine what would be the best approach for each individual client. I am skilled with CBT, person centered, psychoanalysis, DBT, mindfulness, and other clinically proven approaches.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my daughter and house full of pets. I am often outside year round with snowboarding, racing full size and RC cars, going to beaches, and having bonfires with yard games. My favorite place is the waterparks at WI Dells.
