My approach consists of a combination of emotion processing and concrete coping skills. I take the “meet the client where they are at” mantra seriously and I hold firm to the belief that we are all striving for health and wellness.
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, boating, hunting, and spending as much time as I can outdoors with my husband, son, and daughter.
