Clinical Interests:
My main interests are cognitive behavioral therapy skills, dialectal behavioral therapy skills and working with families, specifically with women and children.
Clinical Approach:
The core of my work, as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a licensed professional clinical counselor is focused on the belief that all of my clients are human beings who fundamentally are good. Human beings who have had diverse experiences throughout their lives, which have shaped the way they perceive and engage in the world around them. I therefore, believe that each individual comes with their own unique experiences and perspectives, which is why I value the importance of providing an individual approach to therapy.
Hobbies:
My personal interests are enjoying spending time with my own family as well as gardening and cooking.
