Clinical Interests:

I work with adults and older teens experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, family conflict, and life stressors and transitions. I also work with couples and families on improving communication and working through conflict.

Clinical Approach:

EMDR is my main approach, which draws on a few different influences from psychodynamic theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others. However, my first goal is to thoroughly understand each client and what they are dealing with. I also approach each person with Mind, Body, and Spirit in mind: How is the person either fulfilled or unfulfilled in each area? We can then set goals together about what they want their life to look like during and after therapy.

Hobbies:

I enjoy practicing/connecting with my spirituality, taking physical care of my body (running, yoga, food), singing and music, and laughter.
