More About Crystal Skenandore
Clinical Interests:
I work with children (10+ years old), adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and difficulties in relationships. I also work with individuals experiencing grief and loss, life transitions, and families experiencing conflict. I enjoy
Clinical Approach:
Each individual client or family has their own needs, so I believe mental health treatment should be personalized and tailored to those specific needs. My personality lends itself to fit well with Person-Centered Therapy approaches, and I tend to use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing in my practice as well.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family at home or out in nature. I also enjoy cooking, traveling, and crafts such as beadwork, card-making, and wood-burning.
