Clinical Interests:

I work with clients, individuals and couples, striving to better manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and other mental health symptoms. I have a background in Adlerian counseling/psychotherapy and employ an eclectic approach in regard to treatment modalities. In addition, I work with clients to aid them in identifying personal strengths and identifying both solutions to problems and managing challenging life circumstances.

Clinical Approach:

As a therapist, I place focus on areas of peace, joy and optimism in the lives of clients I work to aid them in striving to make positive life changes and better manage mental health symptoms.

Hobbies:

I enjoy music, playing guitar, being outdoors and spending time with family.
