Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adults experiencing challenges related to depression, substance use, anxiety, domestic abuse, trauma and relationship issues; as well as a variety of other concerns and stressors. I also have experience with crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment.

Clinical Approach:

Everyone is on their own path toward wellness and I believe that it takes courage to seek out help while on that journey. I approach the therapeutic process in a client-centered, strength based, nonjudgmental way in order to work together to identify ways to grow and change.

Hobbies:

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends eating a good meal, listening to live music, laughing and enjoying the outdoors (biking, hiking, camping); also sing and Irish Dance. I also serve on the local NAMI Board.
