Clinical Interests:
I work with adults and adolescents age 15 and above. I specialize in couples therapy, Marital affairs, depression, anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, codependency, integration of faith and spirituality when appropriate and applicable, conflict resolution, healthy communication, assertiveness training, emotional/sexual/spiritual abuse, shame, self-esteem, sexual addiction, anger management.
Clinical Approach:
My primary approach is Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Emotionally-focused Couples Therapy. I also utilize Adlerian therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Reality therapy, Rogerian therapy. I use a compassionate, grace-filled approach and work towards healthy, wholistic, maturity.
