More About Jason Stahl
Clinical Interests:
I primarily work with adults who are dealing with a wide variety psychological and behavioral issues. My clinical interests include, but are not limited to, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, mood disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Clinical Approach:
I take a person centered approach to therapy in which we incorporate motivational, solution focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I enjoy working with clients in a manner where they feel listened to, validated, and provide tailored interventions that clients are able to engage in.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also like a variety of outdoor activities and working on projects in my shop. Over the last few years have been learning blacksmithing and knife making. Admittedly, I’m not so good at blacksmithing but have found my passion and skill in making Damascus knives.
